Thank you for supporting the

30th Annual Rotary Auction

"Cotillion for the Pavilion"

April 20, 2013

The 30th Annual Cadillac Rotary Auction was a huge success thanks to the support from the community and to the hard work of the Cadillac Rotarians.    Participants attending the event were greeted by a new look to the Rotary Auction and the changes appear to have improved the atmosphere at the event.

From the scrumptious food prepared by Chef Brian Williams to the efforts of auctioneer Willy Rzepka, the crowd was treated to an evening of fun and music by Pair of Jacks.

Within the next few weeks we should have some preliminary numbers on the funds raised at the auction, but for now, Auction Treasurer Bob Marcus is calling the event a success!

The majority of the proceeds from this year’s auction will be utilized in the renovations of the Rotary Performing Arts Pavilion on Lake Cadillac.    The pavilion was built 25 years ago and is now in need of an updated sound system,  improved audience seating and other upgrades.   The Rotary Performing Arts Pavilion has a history of being utilized during the summer months for music venues from many different genres.    The Rotary Club of Cadillac would like to maintain this facility as a state of the art facility and continue to make it available for community use.
