Rotary club of Cadillac is now planning the Fourth Annual White Pine Ride on Saturday, October 1. Registration for the event is open at www.whitepineride.com. Proceeds from this family-fun ride have funded improvements to this National Rails-to-Trails Conservancy top 100 trail with installation this spring of a new picnic shelter at the E. 44 Road launch area. The club also donated $33,000 to the White Pine Trailhead currently under construction in downtown Cadillac.
