Seeking Next

Major Project

 

Rotary Club of Cadillac is currently accepting proposals for their next major project.      Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on November 17, 2014.    After that time the Major Projects Committee will review the applications before proceeding with project selection.

 
 

The proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria:

1.  Helping make our community a better place in which to live

2.  Benefit a large cross section of the residents of our community

3.  Be a visible tribute to the Cadillac Rotary’ s spirit of community

4.  Be a lasting contribution to future generations of our community

5.  Help unite the Rotary Club members to work for a common goal

6.  Be funded in whole or part by the Cadillac Rotary Club and, if possible, provide an

     opportunity for club members to individually lend their expertise to carrying out

     the project

7.  Be maintained or operated by a responsible partner outside the Rotary Club

 

The proposals should include the following:

1.  Written response to each of the above seven criteria

2.  Explanation or letters of community need and support

3.  List of the leadership and relevant experience of your organization

4.  Proposed time frame

5.  Project budget

6.  Contact information for your group

7.  The scope desired from the Cadillac Rotary Club and its members in helping to

      finance the project

 

The proposal should not exceed 10 pages in length, should include an explanation of ownership structure, an annual statement, and a listing of the Board of Directors (if applicable).  Please mail or hand deliver nine (9) copies or email the proposal to:
