Service Above Self Award

 At the December 20, 2011 Cadillac Rotary Club meeting, Linda Kimbel was presented Rotary International's Service Above Self Award.  Linda has worked on many projects in Rotary and is currently serving as the club's fellowship chairperson, and coordinates the twice monthly food distribution sponsored by Rotary and the Cadillac Area Community Foundation. In addition to her activities in Rotary, Linda works in the community to help make Cadillac a better place to live, work and play.

The nominees for Rotary International's Service Above Self award must have demonstrated exemplary humanitarian service with an emphasis on personal volunteer efforts and active involvement in helping others through Rotary.   A maximum of 150 Service Above Self Awards are given annually.

 Cadillac Rotary Club congratulates Linda on a well deserved award.
