28th Annual Rotary Auction

Raises Funds for Camp Torenta

The 28th Annual Rotary Auction was held on April 30th at the Wexford Civic Arena.   Over 500 community residents attended the annual even to help raise funds to complete the new activities center at Camp Torenta.

Cadillac Rotarians worked diligently to prepare the Western theme for the auction and to procure almost 600 items to raise the funds.   Through their efforts approximately $50,000 net profits were raised during the evening.     Both the silent auction and the live auction with the assistance of auctioneer Bill Rzepka, kept the attendees busy throughout the evening.

Thanks to the wonderful community in which we live, the donations of many of the area businesses and the corporate sponsors, the auction was again a huge success.

We look forward to seeing everyone at next year's Auction.
