Donna Marcus joins Cadillac Rotary

Donna Marcus became a member of the Cadillac Rotary Club at the December 10, 2013 Noon Rotary Club meeting.   President Steve Osborn explained the responsibilities of Rotary membership to Donna and Bob Marcus presented her with her membership pin and member badge. She is the billing manager at Cadillac Family Physicians.
