Past President Steve Osborn, Chair of the Club Awards Committee presented 2 Club Awards at the November 5, 2014 Cadillac Rotary Club meeting. Amy Gibbs and Kelly Smith have worked many hours with our Youth Exchange Program to ensure the success of the Inbound and Outbound Exchange Student Program. They both truly deserve the Cadillac Rotary Club Service Award.

Most Rotarians don't realize how many hours are spent with interviewing candidates, interviewing host parents, completing paperwork, and helping to reassure students and their parents. Whether the student be an inbound or and outbound, Kelly and Amy are available to help answer questions and ease concerns when the students experience issues such as homesickness or language barriers.

Thank you Kelly and Amy for all of your hard work in making the Exchange Program such a great success.
